This new collection was launched in Milan last week and will be available June. Sources say that Chief Creative Officer and one half of the founders, Tamara Mellon said that she had "designed the collection for her customer's husband" (that being a very wealthy one).
On the label's official website, Mellon says, “I am thrilled to introduce men’s shoes to the Jimmy Choo world. My vision of the Jimmy Choo man is one who exudes confidence and style whether he is an artist or an investment banker. The first thing I look at on a man is his shoes.”

The collection involves slippers covered in brocade (very s/s'11), cashmere high-tops and the classic biker boot.
